Agricultural Loans

Ready to get started?

To grow your business, you need a partner willing to work with you now and for the long-term. Someone who not only knows the agriculture industry but is also willing to get to know your business specifically.

We’re proud to be these things for our business member-owners—and just as proud that we’re one of only a few credit unions to offer agricultural loans. We also offer:

  • Operating lines of credit
  • Equipment term loans
  • Agricultural real estate loans
  • Farm service agency (FSA) loans
  • Construction loans
  • And more

Your goals aren’t one-size-fits-all, so neither are our loans. We work with all types and sizes of farming businesses on everything from refinancing to acquiring property, purchasing livestock to making capital improvements. Whether you’re ready to start a conversation or finance your business’ next big step, we can help.

Specialist Spotlight

From her downtown Ontario office, Kelly Ceniga helps local businesses find the financial resources to thrive. A commercial loan officer with over 40 years of banking experience, Kelly has worked for SELCO since it merged with Greater Oregon Credit Union in 2013. “My husband and I have lived here 28 years,” Kelly says. “We own three farms just outside Vale, so I understand what Treasure Valley businesses need.”

How is SELCO different from other business lenders? “It’s our 80-year history as a not-for-profit cooperative. We’ve always been owned by our members, which means we reinvest earnings into their businesses through lower fees and interest rates.”

But it’s not just about low rates, Kelly says. “To thrive, you need partners who understand the local landscape, and that’s where SELCO excels. All our loan decisions are made locally, so we’re you know exactly who you're dealing with. And we offer everything from agriculture, commercial real estate, and construction loans to lines of credit and interest-bearing accounts, all tailored to your business’ needs.”
