Hiring partner: Total Quality Consulting

We are proud to partner with TQC to provide the best hiring experience. What applicants can expect: 

  • TQC will contact qualified candidates by email or phone (from “” or 626 area code) to schedule a phone interview.
  • SELCO’s Human Resources team will invite successful applicants to complete pre-employment assessments.
  • Candidates will be invited to a video or in-person interview with the hiring manager.
  • The selected finalists will receive a conditional offer and the HR/TQC team will conduct final screenings.
  • Application status updates, including if a candidate is not selected to move forward, will mostly be communicated to candidates via email.
