Quicken/Quickbooks

SELCO is pleased to offer you the ability to import your account information to Quicken or Quickbooks!

We recommend that you use the Direct Connect method for downloads, as it offers the best functionality and experience when using Quicken or Quickbooks. However, there are several download methods that are supported to suit your needs. All methods of downloading your transactions require that you be enrolled in SELCO's online banking system. Click here to enroll in online banking.

Direct Connect - Recommended

Direct Connect offers the best functionality with Quicken and Quickbooks and is the method we recommend. This method allows you to connect directly to SELCO to download your account information and transaction history. To use this option, simply select 'SELCO CCU - Direct Connect' from the financial institution list within Quicken or Quickbooks when setting up your SELCO accounts. Enter the same credentials that you would use to log in to SELCO’s online banking system.

Web Connect

Web Connect, like Direct Connect, allows you to connect to SELCO’s online banking system to download your account information and transaction history. This method retrieves your account data by extracting the information using a technique called screen scraping, which may not always accurately identify your transactions. To use Web Connect, select 'SELCO CCU - Web Connect' from the financial institution list within Quicken or Quickbooks. Enter the same credentials that you would use to log in to SELCO’s online banking system.

Online Banking Download

Downloading from within online banking requires a few extra steps. First, log in to online banking. Then click the green "Download" button under the Quick History section. Select the type of file you need from the dropdown list, then follow the prompts to choose the account and date range of the file. After the file downloads, you can import it into Quicken or Quickbooks.

Please note: you must repeat this action for each share or loan every time you update Quicken or Quickbooks.
