Membership
Who can join?
Anyone who lives in the 27 Oregon counties and 8 Washington counties we serve can join. You may also be eligible if:
- A family member lives in one of these counties (even if you don’t). This includes living and working abroad.
- Your domestic partner is a member.
- You’re a business.
What will you need?
Whether applying online or in person, you'll need the following:
- Valid government-issued photo ID—driver’s license, photo ID card, military ID, passport—or two pieces of foreign government-issued ID. (Please have a photo of your ID ready if applying online.)
- Proof of current address (if different from what’s listed on your ID).
- Your Social Security number.

Where can you go?
If you'd like to visit a branch near you, SELCO has 15 convenient locations in Oregon, including six in the Eugene-Springfield area and five in and around Bend. Our walk-in and (drive-up) branches offer the following and much more:
- Full-service lobbies
- After-hours and drive-up ATMs
- Instant-issue cards
- Account and loan services
