Getting Started

Instead of entering numbers on your keypad to navigate a menu, simply say what you want in a few words. To minimize the time you’re on hold, please be precise about why you’re calling (saying “representative” may not route you to the correct queue).

  • When you call us at 800-445-4483, our virtual assistant, Liv, will ask what you’d like to do. You can say things like “Account balance” or “What are your current rates?”
  • Before she can relay account-specific information, Liv will ask a few questions to verify your identity.
  • If you'd like to speak with a representative, Liv will ask what you need assistance with and, if she can't help, will transfer you to the proper team.
