SELCO Steps Up Student & Educator Support

For 33 years running, SELCO has recognized outstanding high school seniors across Oregon by awarding them with scholarships to fund tuition, textbook, and school-related expenses.

Recognizing the 2023 SELCO Scholarship Recipients

Congratulations are also in order for the 19 graduating seniors receiving SELCO Scholarships. Not only do they all hail from Oregon high schools, but their backgrounds, interests, and hopes are as diverse as the communities they represent. There’s also another common theme: they hold the determination to transform challenge into possibility.

We are proud to announce this year's SELCO Scholarship recipients.

Why SELCO supports scholarships

“To say this year’s recipients are impressive would be an understatement,” said Craig Carpenter, SELCO’s Senior Vice President of Lending & Business Banking. “Our hope is that the scholarships will help give these students a running start on the exciting futures ahead of them.”

SELCO’s scholarship program reflects our belief that financial obstacles shouldn’t prevent driven students from pursuing their education goals.
