Want to meet with one of our team members? Schedule your video, phone, or in-person appointment ahead of time.

Save time waiting in line (or skip the line entirely) by using our online scheduling tool. Members and nonmembers can make video, phone, and in-person appointments for the following services:

    When scheduling the appointment, please select your preferred SELCO branch, and we'll do our best to place you with a representative at that location.

    Once you've scheduled your appointment, please review the "How to Join Your Video Appointment" guide for step-by-step instructions and tips to ensure your meeting goes smoothly. Video appointments can be attended by using a computer, tablet, or mobile device.

    For Phone Appointments

    When scheduling the appointment, please select your preferred SELCO branch, and we'll do our best to place you with a representative at that location. At the time of your appointment, we’ll contact you at the number you provide. 

    For In-Person Appointments

    You’ll notice a few changes meant to help keep our members, team members, and community safe.

  • We’re limiting capacity at each location.
  • We’ve added signage to help with physical distancing.
  • Effective July 1: By Executive Order, face coverings are required at all indoor locations. Children under 12 and those who require an accommodation or have an exemption under federal or state law are not required to wear a face covering. If you require an accommodation, please let us know.
