SELCO Community Credit Union Promotes Megan Moreland to Commercial Loan Officer for Its Commercial & Business Banking Division

Moreland brings 10+ years of financial industry experience to the role

(SPRINGFIELD, Ore.) — SELCO Community Credit Union recently promoted Megan Moreland to commercial loan officer for its Commercial & Business Banking division. Operating out of the Gateway branch, Moreland will manage a commercial loan portfolio and produce new commercial loans in the Springfield/Eugene and Salem markets.

Moreland has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, the past seven years with SELCO Commercial & Business Banking. She was originally hired by SELCO as a credit analyst in 2014 and was promoted to senior credit analyst in 2019 before being moved up to commercial loan officer.

Moreland earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Oregon. In addition to her duties at SELCO, she serves on the board of The Kids First and previously was a member of the Eugene Active 20-30 Club. In her spare time, Moreland enjoys reading, striking a yoga pose, and training her two whippets, Pre and Otis.
