Marcia is a sales and marketing insurance professional with more than 30 years of experience. Her most recent move, a year ago, was to join SELCO Insurance Services as a Medicare Health Insurance Specialist. Originally, Marcia started in the business as a captive agent for Allstate in 1984 in Pittsburgh. She moved on to work as a Territory Sales Manager for Travelers Insurance, American States Insurance, Safeco Insurance, and Fireman’s Fund Insurance. After moving to Oregon in 2005, she accepted a position as the NW Territory Sales VP for Networked Insurance Agents with responsibilities for the three states in the Northwest. Prior to SELCO, Marcia transitioned to health care insurance in 2012, working as an independent agent for United Healthcare Medicare in Oregon and Washington.
Marcia enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and friends on adventures around the NW involving hiking, skiing, kayaking, and exploring! Marcia also volunteers at Lakewood Center for the Arts, Dress for Success, Special Olympics, and the Food Bank.
Marcia is dedicated to helping folks understand their own Medicare insurance needs, how their policy can meet their needs, and additional benefits offered that they may not be aware of. She looks after her clients like they are part of her family and makes certain to keep on top of their changing lives and needs.
