How to access PrivateLine
- Call us at 800-445-4483.
- Select Option 3 to access PrivateLine during business hours. (After business hours, select Option 1.)
- Enter your member number followed by the # sign.
- Enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) access code followed by the # sign.
(If you haven't set up a PIN, press 2 on the main menu to speak with a member service representative.) - Enter the last four digits of your Social Security number followed by the # sign.
There are two different ways to use PrivateLine. Menu Mode lets you access your account by navigating a list of options. Expert Mode lets you enter shortcut commands to more quickly access your account without listening to the menus. To quickly switch to Expert Mode, press 4 then 5 after logging in.
