Mike Donaca
Chief Commercial Lending Officer
Mike Donaca has been with SELCO since 2012, leading the Commercial & Business Banking division with a focus on relationships, long-term value, and local expertise. Raised in Bend and having lived across Oregon—including Corvallis, Portland, Sherwood, Salem, Eugene, and Springfield—Mike brings a broad perspective on the state’s business landscape and the unique needs of each community SELCO has served since 1936.
Known for his collaborative approach, Mike works closely with SELCO’s regional lending teams to support business owners and real estate investors throughout Oregon. Whether helping shape strategy or exploring new opportunities, he’s focused on practical solutions that help people and businesses grow.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys traveling with his wife—who was born in Armenia—and their three children. Their family adventures have taken them from Central Oregon to cities across Europe, South America, and the South Caucasus, always returning home with new perspectives and a few good stories.
