Francine Gardner
Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer
Francine was born and raised in Bali, Indonesia. In 1993, she came to the United States to be an exchange student at Lowell High School, graduating with a diploma that allowed her to attend Lane Community College and the University of Oregon.
After graduating from U of O in 1998, she began her professional career as a personal banker. She then did stints as a Credit Analyst, Assistant Relationship Manager, Relationship Manager, and Senior Commercial Loan Officer at various banks and credit unions in the Eugene-Springfield area before joining SELCO in 2026.
In her free time, Francine enjoys traveling, working in her yard, and spending time with her daughter.
