PrivateLine Phone Commands

How to Access PrivateLine

  1. Call us at 800-445-4483.
  2. Select Option 3 to access PrivateLine.
  3. Enter your member number followed by the # sign.
  4. Enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) access code followed by the # sign.
    (If you haven't set up a PIN, press 2 on the main menu to speak with a member service representative.)
  5. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security number followed by the # sign.

There are two different ways to use PrivateLine. Menu Mode lets you access your account by navigating a list of options. Expert Mode lets you enter shortcut commands to more quickly access your account without listening to the menus. To quickly switch to Expert Mode, press 4 then 5 after logging in.

7 for dividends and interest
8 for details transaction information

Press 4 for loan or mortgage information* then...
Enter loan ID or press 1 for the following options:
  1 for loan information and transactions
  2 for list of open loans
*If you do not have a SELCO loan or mortgage, pressing 4 will bring up the menu for account maintenance. (See below.)
 
Press 5 for account maintenance then press...
1 to change your access code
2 to change your preferred language
3 to report a lost or stolen card
4 for a list of your accounts
5 to change to Expert Mode
0 to speak with a member service representative
 

Expert Mode

By switching to expert mode, you can quickly jump to the information you need without having to navigate through the menus.
