Introducing User IDs

A new way to access online and mobile banking.

In our continued efforts to make your accounts as secure as possible (and in response to member feedback), you are now able to create a personalized user ID to access both online and mobile banking.

After logging in to online banking, you'll be greeted with a request to create a user ID. Though you'll have the option to skip this step, we encourage you to create a user ID as soon as possible, since it will eventually be required.

While your new user ID will become your single login for online and mobile banking, make sure to keep track of your member number for account verification and other uses.

Your personalized user ID must:

  • Begin with a letter.
  • Include at least 1 number.
  • Contain 6-15 characters (no symbols or special characters, please.) Note: User IDs are not case-sensitive.
  • Be unique (no two memberships can have the same user ID).
  • Not include personal data, such as your Social Security number, mailing address, or birth date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my user ID be used to access both online and mobile banking?

Yes—you'll be able to access your online and mobile accounts with a single login, just like you do now with your member number. As a reminder, you'll need to go through online banking to create your user ID.

Can I change my user ID in the future?

Absolutely. To update your user ID, log in to online banking, click the "My Profile" icon in the upper-right corner, then select "Change User ID." At this time, user IDs cannot be created or updated in the mobile banking app.

What if I forget my user ID?

Simply click "Forgot User ID" on the login screen. You'll be asked to verify your account, after which your user ID will be sent to the email address associated with the primary account holder.
