After logging in to online banking, click the My Profile icon in the upper-right corner and select Set or Change User ID from the menu.
To change your user ID, enter your existing one in the first field, then enter and re-enter your new user ID. To enter a user ID for the first time, skip to the second field.
Once you create your user ID, you’ll be able to use it for both online and mobile banking.
