Some features, such as our branch locator, are available to everyone. Account features, however, require membership. If you aren't already a member, it takes about five minutes to apply through our online membership application.

First, you'll want to download SELCO’s mobile banking app from the Apple or Google Play app store. Once you have the app downloaded, you can enroll in mobile banking by entering your member number and following the prompts. If you can't locate your member number, feel free to call us at 800-445-4483 and we'll help you look it up.

Nope. And once you're enrolled in mobile banking, you'll automatically have access to online banking and its features as well.

In addition to viewing your accounts, transaction history, and check images, you can schedule bill payments, transfer funds, deposit checks, apply for a loan, locate SELCO branches and no-fee ATMs, sign up for and view eStatements and even schedule virtual or in-person appointments.

Yes, you can open additional accounts in mobile banking, including savings, money market, or checking. To do this, tap "Open New Share" or "Open Checking" from the side menu, choose which type of account you would like to open, then follow the prompts.

Very. Not only do we use multiple firewalls and submit to frequent external security audits, we also use SSL encryption to communicate securely with all services. At every turn, we have systems in place to protect your accounts, no matter how you choose to access them.

Our app is compatible with current iOS and Android operating systems. For all other operating systems, our mobile browser version includes a responsive design developed for smaller screens.

This is due to a developer options setting on your device, but it’s easy to fix:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Select “Developer options.”
  • Disable the “Don't keep activities” or “Immediately destroy activities” settings.

Yes. If you are enrolled in SELCO’s mobile banking, you can view your accounts and transaction history on your Apple Watch. From your Apple Watch compatible iPhone, open the Apple Watch app and select SELCO from the list of available apps.
