Want to meet with one of our team members? We’re offering virtual appointments for your banking needs.

SELCO representatives are available for virtual appointments during regular business hours. Using our scheduling tool, members and nonmembers can make phone and video appointments for the following services:  

  • Become a SELCO member/open a new account
  • Account services
  • Loans and credit cards
  • Home equity lines of credit (HELOC)
  • Mortgage services
  • Insurance services
  • Investment & retirement services
  • Safe deposit box access (in-person and branch specific)

  • When scheduling your virtual visit, please indicate what you'd like to discuss and the branch you normally visit (or plan to visit in the future), and we'll do our best to place you with a representative at your SELCO location of choice.

    Preparing For Your Video Appointment

    Once you've scheduled your video appointment, please review the "How to Join Your Virtual Appointment" guide for step-by-step instructions and tips to ensure your virtual visit goes smoothly. Video appointments can be attended by using a computer, tablet, or mobile device.
