Check in anytime. Keeping tabs on your account is as easy as picking up the phone with our PrivateLine phone banking system. Call us day or night for your current account balance, a summary of your most recent transactions, or to make transfers and withdrawals.

Call 541-686-8000 or 800-445-4483, choose the option for PrivateLine, and follow the prompts for free, 24-hour access to your account.

Phone banking lets you:

Get immediate information.

Check your balance, your last three deposits, and your last five withdrawals. You can also find out if a check has cleared, get account histories up to 60 days, and check transactions on your SELCO Visa® card.

Make transfers.

Transfer money between your accounts. Make payments on your SELCO loan or Visa, or transfer a cash advance from your line of credit. You can even request a withdrawal, and we’ll mail you a check.

If you need further help during our business hours, you have the option to speak to a SELCO Member Service Representative.

Phone banking with SELCO is easy. All you need is a PIN—to request one, call 800-445-4483. To access PrivateLine:

  1. Dial 800-445-4483 from a touch-tone phone.
  2. Select option 3 to access PrivateLine.
  3. Enter your account number followed by the # sign.
  4. Enter your PIN followed by the # sign.
  5. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number followed by the # sign.
